In Kiara’s neighborhood, where the scent of mangoes and jasmine always hung in the air, Kiara and her friends Rohan, Priya, and Vikram stumbled upon a bit of a mystery at the annual Kite Festival.
The Kite Festival was the most exciting day of the year. Colorful kites of all shapes and sizes danced in the sky, like a flock of vibrant birds. There were kites shaped like peacocks, kites shaped like elephants, and even a giant kite that looked like a friendly dragon.
